The Mission Centre

The Director of the Pallottine Mission Centre is Father Matthew Sanka, SCA, a Pallottine priest from Tanzania. After his ordination he worked as a curate in Nairobi before going to Rome for further studies. He was appointed to the Mission Centre in 2007.

The Pallottine Mission Centre provides a link between our members on the ground in the mission territories and our benefactors, friends, associates and supporters at home. It directs our development strategy by awarding grants to our overseas projects as necessary. We organise fundraising activities, monitor different projects and bring our work to the attention of our supporters and benefactors. It is also valuable for an exchange of news between home and the missions.

Mission Promotion

Our mission seeks to provide for the spiritual and temporal needs of the many people we serve in the mission territories of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda, among others. Volunteers are welcome in the fields of education, sanitation, skill management and so on.

This is an opportunity for our friends to share some of the challenges of our ministry. Friends of the Pallottines, known as Associates, share our ideals and make a small contribution each year. We welcome anyone who is interested to become an Associate.
